Author and Life Coach Crystal Phillips Wants You To Know That You Are Enough With Her New Completely Transparent Book, ‘You Are Enough’

Crystal Phillips is an author, life coach and certified yoga teacher who wants you to know that you are enough. With her new completely transparent book, ‘You Are Enough’, she dives deep into self love and understanding as the keys to becoming your best self. We had the pleasure of interviewing Crystal for insight into what drove her to write this book, her goal for readers, and how we can learn to build up our own sense of worth.

Crystal explains that her main goal for writing You Are Enough was to help others understand the importance of loving themselves unconditionally. “I wanted everyone who reads my book to really feel like they are enough,” she states. “Too often we forget just how powerful we are as individuals and I want to remind people of that.” She goes on to talk about how the book is broken up into sections based on “themes of self worth, understanding our value, and accepting ourselves as we are”.

“I think it’s important for all of us to realize that nobody else has the power to decide our worth,” she says. “We have to learn to accept and appreciate ourselves from the inside out. That’s why I wrote You Are Enough—to give readers a toolkit for getting back in touch with their own sense of identity and worth.”

What inspired you to write “You are Enough: True Transparency When you own, use your voice, you own your power”?  I discovered a few years ago that I write more devotionals to encourage and uplift others. I wanted to see a devotional book that had devotion, prayer, and note-taking—things I had never seen in a book before.

Could you provide an overview of the main message or theme of your book? Being able to speak the universal truths about life.

In your book, you emphasize the importance of owning and using one’s voice. Why do you believe this is crucial, and how can individuals empower themselves through their voices? Our voice is priceless and valuable. It’s how we interact, shares, discovers one another’s characters, and express our feelings.
