What would you say is your interesting writing quirk?

Ans. => I still write on paper, I need the ink to flow onto the paper in order to get my thoughts flowing. I need to forge that connection with the paper under my hand.

What do you like to do when you’re not writing?

Ans. => I read a lot, I make some music, play the guitar and fly aircrafts and drones.

When did you write your first book and how old were you?

Ans. => I wrote my first three page novel when I was thirteen, I remember sitting on the roof of my uncle’s house and reading the story to my friend.

What does your family think of your writing?

Ans. => My mom loves my writing and my wife is extremely critical of my writing. The other don’t read that much so they are oblivious to my writing.

What was one of the most surprising things you learned in creating your books?

Ans. => It is like being in labor from the time the idea hits your head up till you publish your book. I learnt that your books are really an extension of who you are. Sometimes I feel very vulnerable and exposed when other read my books.

How many books have you written? Which is your favorite?

Ans. => I have published one and am in the process of writing the other. The first one is titled “The Fuehrer’s Blood” and is my favorite for now. The second one has a working title that is “Aarya”

Do you have any suggestions to help me become a better writer? If so, what are they

Ans. => Be vulnerable, be honest, be yourself. Only that helps.

Do you hear from your readers much? What kinds of things do they say?

Ans. => All the time. I usually get good reviews. Some of them don’t like how I treat my characters and the pain I put them through.

Do you like to create books for adults or children…Why?

Ans. => My stories are dark and have a real element to them, so I write them only for adults as of now.

What do you think makes a good story?

Ans. => A good set of characters, a crazy plot and an even crazier narrative make the best stories

As a child, what did you want to do when you grew up?

Ans. => A storyteller

When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer?

Ans. => I guess back in school when I used to love writing essays when all the other kids ran away from that task.

How long does it take you to write this books?

Ans. => It took me five years to finish “The Fuehrer’s Blood”

What is your work schedule like when you’re writing?

Ans. => I work seven days a week. While writing, I disconnect from the other things around me to focus only on the task.

What brought you to write this book series?

Ans. => I grew up in India with a very different perspective to the world war 2. We had German family friends who would discuss the perspective of the war. And I realized that my history textbooks were providing a very singular view on the war which I felt was wrong and unfair. So, I jumped into writing this novel.

How you become a published author? Any inspiration?

Ans. => Be inspired by everything that you read and learn. Apply that to your writing and the honesty will come through.

Where do you get your information or ideas for your books?

Ans. => The library, a lot of research papers, a look into the conspiracy theories and endless other novels.

What do you like to do when you’re not writing?

Ans. => I make music, play the guitar, fly Rc aircrafts and drones

What’s next for you? What are you working on now?

Ans. => I am working on a political thriller that has a working title “Aarya” It is based in present day India and talks about lurking evils in the political strata.

About your book/s

Ans. => The Fuehrer’s Blood is my first literary fiction novel. It travels down an uncanny valley. I am probably the first Indian author to write about the German perspective of the WW2. It talks of Han, who was Hitler’s personal henchman and Sniper. He has a fallout with Hitler and then his world turns upside down as he races against time to save his lady love and in turn Germany.
