I wanted to stop this deadly cycle from affecting my children and their children to come. However, what I found was not always easy to hear. What I found was dark, cold and painful. Yet discovering and acknowledging family truths is the first step in gaining understanding, forgiveness and navigating out of the dysfunctional comfort zone.

Changing familiar, family behavior can leave you isolated and doubtful. Breaking free from sin is not easy, especially when all you’ve ever known is what has been passed down. Redefining yourself and staying strong can sometimes feel impossible.
