How did the idea for your book come about?
It was inspired by a comedian and my readers can hear the whole story right off the bat in the book!
What was your key driving force to become an author/entrepreneur?
Inspired by my father, I have always looked for better ways to improve any industry that I have been involved with.

How did you come up with the name for your company?
It was a long process going through trademark ideas and failures that finally concluded to the name.
How do you build a successful customer base?
The constant theme in building our customer base has always been focused on service! We want to provide all our customers not only the best experience, but deliver a premium product!
What kind of culture exists in your organization, and how did you establish it? We have focused on a culture of personal and professional excellence. Allowing our team to collaborate has been the driving force to becoming the smartest guys in the room, by including everyone in the room!
How many hours a day do you work on average?
My work week can average about 50-60 hours a day, but not without time off for reflection.
Can you describe/outline your typical day?
I follow a pretty strict structure of procedure, however you must always be open to adaption.
How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?
It hasn’t affected my life in a negative way. We have always been a family-owned company, so even when I work late or am getting ideas, my family seems to be involved. You have to know when to turn it off and enjoy life!
What motivates you?
By far the thing that motivates me is that we can change the world! Not only in our products and services, but by inspiring others to be the best versions of themselves!
How do you generate new ideas?
Mostly by self-reflection. That can be sitting in the hot tub, going for a walk, working out, or simply dreaming at night.
What is your greatest fear, and how do you manage fear? My greatest fear is not being disciplined and becoming fully alive. We can do so much to impact others!
What are your ideals? Ultimately love of the other!
How do you define success? Well to start, I don’t identify it as purely financial. If I haven’t helped someone in some way, that I failed to achieve success.
Do you believe there is some sort of pattern or formula to becoming a successful entrepreneur? I don’t think there is a formula, since everyone is an individual and motivated by different things. I do believe the key is disciple.
What is your favorite aspect of being an entrepreneur? I love building things! Whether it is a business or relationships, it’s great to do something new.
What has been your most satisfying moment in business? Positive feedback from our customers and employees!
What piece of advice would you give to college graduates who want to become entrepreneurs? Pay attention to my book title! It’s not an easy path, but if you believe in yourself and your dream, there is nothing you can’t achieve!
