To anyone who has ever been a victim of antisemitism, racism, homophobia, etc. the book you've been waiting for is finally here.

To those who want to help themselves, their friends, and neighbors eliminate the persecution of minorities, your book is now here too.

This book provides facts and opinions on topics such as Hitler, Treaty of Versailles, Manhattan Project, Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Nazis, Nobel Prize, American Jewry, Hollywood and much, much more. My writing corrects so many lies, misconceptions, untruths and more. I present the facts and my opinion in a way where everyone will understand. Furthermore, I leave no doubt about my position to anyone who wants to harm us.

This book is a serious wake-up call to my fellow Jews. We have a lot of work to do, NOW.
Remember…Never Again MEANS Never Again.

Never Again Still Means Never Again: Dismantling hate groups and other musings https://writersnauthors.com/product/never-again-still-means-never-again-dismantling-hate-groups-and-other-musings/ https://writersnauthors.com/product/never-again-still-means-never-again-dismantling-hate-groups-and-other-musings/#respond Thu, 23 Nov 2023 00:58:47 +0000 https://writersnauthors.com/?post_type=product&p=10505 The harsh tone and writing in my first book, Never Again MEANS Never Again, is based on anger and frustration due to blatant lies that I grew tired of constantly debunking. It’s a “no holds barred” response and long overdue.

I wrote this version without the “R” rated language, dark humor, and innuendo. It contains the same content and subject matter as the first book, but in a way that anyone of any age can read and understand. Frankly, it should be required reading worldwide, in my humble opinion.

This book provides all antisemites, homophobes, racists, and other minority haters an opportunity to compare the facts from this book to the lies they’ve been told, believe, and perpetuate.

It’s written for every Jew worldwide to help understand parts of our history, our present, and our future. It provides facts and opinions on topics such as Hitler, Treaty of Versailles, Manhattan Project, Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Nazis, Nobel Prize, Hollywood and much, much more.

Right now, our path looks bleak, but fixable. If you want to help, read the book and remember…Never Again Still MEANS Never Again.

Light as a gossamer of steam, I floated about the room, hearing music from every direction. Giddiness suddenly pounced in like a puppy at play. The world was right once more—everything moving in a dandy direction. Laughter bubbled up in me as I moved around the house. Shrieks, whoops, howls, hisses—hysterical laughter flooded in from voices outside my head. They laughed at me. I cackled back. They laughed more. I tee-heed. Everything sounded uproarious until the whisper of Sadie's ghostly voice fell over me.”

‘Do you know why you are here?’
Ben didn't, he had been committed to Dundrum Central Mental Hospital for the Criminally Insane because of an unprovoked attack on a stranger in Havana. But he had no recollection of going to Cuba.

Through patient counselling he remembered that he was investigating political corruption in Ireland which led him to Madrid where he met and fell in love with a beautiful and enigmatic woman half his age. Together they travelled to Cuba where they played an unsuspecting part in an incredible plot to honour the memory of Ché Guevara which went horribly wrong.

A roller coaster of an emotional journey finally brings Ben to learn of a dark side to his character he knew nothing about, to self-loathing and eventual breakdown.

Scarred But Unscathed: Growing in Faith https://writersnauthors.com/product/scarred-but-unscathed-growing-in-faith/ https://writersnauthors.com/product/scarred-but-unscathed-growing-in-faith/#respond Sun, 07 Mar 2021 21:11:40 +0000 https://writersnauthors.com/?post_type=product&p=5783 Jennifer grew up in church, and she was fine with that as her lens for the world. Over the years she has gone through many life experiences that forced her to question the role of faith. Is it something that everyone is born with? Do people simply mimic the traditions of their family and environment which, in this case, revolved around the Baptist church that her father pastored? How does one move from not having faith to having faith or from having faith through others to having faith from within oneself?

Using the author's life experiences, along with the experiences of 18 others, Scarred But Unscathed gives the reader a unique perspective on faith by providing an introduction to a theoretical framework and taking the reader on a journey of discovery. The stories range from conquering dependency on addictive substances to surviving a life-threatening attack, from living through car accidents to growing through loved ones' deaths. In some cases it is evident that the experience transcends the reality that we are familiar with and requires the reader to look beyond what is in the physical realm to what may be in the spiritual realm. In reading these stories, the reader may have to dispense with pure logic and put on the lens of a voyager on a trip to an unchartered region.

The author does not write the book to argue about the existence of God or to determine the penultimate definition of faith. She does not claim to be a Bible scholar or theologian. She writes to share how faith grew in her, to introduce a framework that speaks to the development of faith and to provoke readers to look at their lives and think about whether their faith - whatever it may be - has served/is serving them. She nudges the reader to consider whether they have been true to what they believe in, and to perhaps consider making changes if s/he thinks it is warranted. The book concludes with "Exercises to Grow Your Faith" that can be used by individuals, small groups or church study groups as a guide for self-reflection.

Dr. Jennifer G. Sneed was born in Chicago, Illinois and began her education at Henry Horner Elementary School before her family relocated to Bloomington, Illinois. She graduated from the public schools of Bloomington-Normal (Illinois), earned her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Special Education from Illinois State University, and went on to earn her doctorate in Educational Administration with a specialization in Education Policy, Politics and Law from the University at Albany/State University of New York.

Dr. Sneed is the daughter of the late Rev. Leo Sneed. Rev. Sneed pastored Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in Bloomington, IL, followed by the South Calvary Baptist Church in Indianapolis, IN. Rev Sneed, who passed in 2013, played an instrumental part in providing a deep spiritual foundation for his daughter. Dr. Jennifer Sneed grew up in church. She attended Sunday School, worship services and special programs. She sang in the choirs, learned how to create programs, was introduced to, and mastered the use of the technology of the times, and had many opportunities to speak publicly. These experiences not only exposed her to the fundamentals of Christian beliefs but placed her at the ready for the rest of her life.

Dr. Sneed identifies as a preacher's kid who has lived in the community of faith all her life, even before she could put words together into a sentence. She has observed church goers - members and non-members, church dynamics and operation, and church etiquette in the Black church. She has taken in hundreds of sermons by numerous preachers - some pastors and some not. She has attended and participated in many church events and activities including "ministries" and "auxiliaries" to arrive at the person she is today.
